  I started going to Hot Heads almost a year ago. I love how friendly everyone is and it's such a beautiful spot they have! Both the salon and spa treatments I have got have been more than what I expected and I recommend it to everyone I know! I will not be going anywhere else, ever! Thanks for being so consistent!

  I used to love hot heads and it was always my go-to place until the last two visits I've recently experienced. First visit I got my hair dyed and the receptionist assured me the cost ball park would not be $175 because I'm not getting my whole head dyed- well after my hair was done which wasn't even the colour I wanted- guess how much is was? $175. Apparently their new line of product goes by hair dye of "weight" and didn't decide to tell me. I decided to push it aside and go again this Friday that just passed for a scalp treatment.

  I've never liked my hair until Brooke performed her magic, now I look forward to getting my hair done. Trying the spa next week and can't wait! Thanks gals!

  Amazing staff, amazing pricing. The fresh new look and new Aveda products were just the cherry on top. You can really tell that the girls love what they do and are well educated in their trade. DEFINITELY would recommend and will definitely be returning.

  What an inviting and gorgeous salon! I'm in love with the Aveda, cruelty free, products! Brooke constantly impresses me with her sense of style and amazing listening skills; she ensures that you are totally pampered including complimentary scalp and hand massages!

  I have been going to Hot Heads for about 2 years. Brooke is amazing and I will likely never go to another stylist. She listens to what I want and actually does it. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well, they're super nice and always offer their advice to each other. I would recommend Hot Heads to anyone!

  The treatment did not work and it seemed way too much of an effort for the stylist to actually DRY my bangs properly before trimming them. As a result I dried my bangs today after my shower and they are so uneven I could do a better job with my eyes closed. So as I go back to get my money back for the treatment on Friday, as I was $50 lighter and still itching like crazy; they were so uncooperative, so rude and catty AND wanted to have a "store credit" left for me- as if I was ever going to come back. They would not refund me and made me choose a shampoo instead with great hesitation. Which I still had to pay a balance of $2 on. Like give me a break. And to top it all off the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me because she was busy getting a massage DONE ON HERSELF. I will never ever come back here again.
